Schedule Your Eagle Portrait Day Session Time

Listed below are the dates and locations when free portrait sessions will be available to new Eagle Scouts and their parents. Pick the date and location you want by clicking on the appropriate blue button. Then on the displayed pop-up pages enter your email address, copy the code word, and click on the "register" button. An email will be sent to you with a secure link. Click on the link in the email and a web page will be displayed where you can enter the appropriate information and pick your session time. The regular cost for these portrait sessions is covered by our studio as a gift to Scouts who have earned their Eagle rank. Photo print packages will be available for purchase but no purchase is required. Eagle Scout portrait sessions must be scheduled on-line through this scheduling system. Eagle Scout sessions are not scheduled via telephone or email. Reservation cut-off for all Eagle Scout Portrait Session days is 5:00 p.m. on the day before the session. Any changes after that point will have to be done by sending a message via email or using the "Contact Us" webpage.

If you wish to schedule a private portrait session either in a studio or at a specific location, please contact us for available times and session costs.

If you are a unit or district that wishes to schedule a session at a location, day, or time other than those listed above, arrangements can be made. These additional sessions would require both a minimum of 20 Eagle Scouts to be photographed and a print package to be purchased for each Eagle photographed.

If you have to change the time or date you have scheduled, that is understandable. Just go back to the session confirmation page and indicate that you will not be attending this date and then choose another. Or send a message through the "Contact Us" page of this site. However, if you miss a session without prior notice by 5:00 p.m. the day before the session, you will be charged a normal portrait session sitting fee when you do later come in for your Eagle Scout Portrait session.
